Using Articulate Storyline, I created an interactive playbook to help promote a new product. In working closely with the subject matter expert, I became knowledgeable of the new product solution and identified ways to help educate customers and internal teams. After our kickoff call, I created an outline for the module and then moved to PowerPoint to produce a mockup. Next, I migrated the content into Storyline. Finally, to add some interest to the module, I created animations using Adobe Animate and background music in GarageBand. After several iterations, the finalized module was added to the launch kit.

I developed this course using Articulate Rise to educate job seekers about the purpose, strategies, and ways to communicate their brand to aid them in a job search while building confidence. A talent development company provided the content via a webinar I attended. I reviewed the deck and my notes to create a storyboard before taking the content into Rise.

Using Articulate Storyline, I revised a portion of an older course that I originally developed in Adobe Captivate. This course educated distribution partners and dealers on the value of a product offering. It was an element of a nurturing campaign that built awareness and influenced customers along the buying journey. I collaborated with the product offering manager to discuss the needs and goals for the project. To reduce the iterations while working with the authoring tool, I crafted a needs analysis, an outline, a storyboard, and a prototype in Powerpoint. I also provided the voiceover. I managed the relationship with an agency for evaluating the course with a quiz and conducting a survey.

I developed this course using Adobe Captivate to educate customers and prospects on aspirating smoke detection systems. It was an intro course used as a prerequisite to the virtual instructor-led training. I collaborated with the trainer to discuss the needs and goals for the project. We transitioned what the trainer was previously instructing in person to be online at the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic outset. To reduce the iterations within Captivate, we worked together using Powerpoint to create a prototype. The Training team conducted a course evaluation through a survey focusing on the entire blended learning experience. I also provided the voiceover.
