Here are a couple of presentation examples I developed in collaboration with the subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct an hour-long virtual instructor-led training (VILT).

 

I would initiate the process by conducting a kickoff meeting with the SME to discuss the webinars' needs and goals. The SME would then supply any related materials so I could draft an outline. Next, I would create a rough draft of the presentation in Powerpoint. Once the presentation's necessary content and flow were approved, I would then find imagery to compliment. 

 

Upon approval of the deck, I would set up a run-through of the webinar to get the presenter familiar with the webinar tool and provide feedback on the overall presentation. We would make any necessary adjustments before the live webinar.

 

On the day of the webinar, I provided moderation by monitoring the chat throughout the webinar, executed poll questions, and led the Q&A session.
